Mindfulness With Tibetan Bowl

Three minutes of mindfulness.

Be in the moment. Take a moment to take care of (SAY YOUR NAME). -The person you can abandon the most...is you. Acknowledge yourself. Hug yourself for as long as you need. Embrace you.

Today we will reflect on people and experiences that’s taking up valuable space in your mind, heart, & soul. Sometimes we tend to hold on to things that’s not beneficial for us. In life we want to love, be loved, succeed, be successful, be happy, be free, be content, and to just live without worries.

Today’s question is;

Are you holding onto something you need to let go of? What is it? Why are you holding on? Are you looking for something out of it?

When I meditate, I start with affirmations.
I am enough- I can get through anything- I am proud of myself- I can get through anything- I get better everyday-I an beautiful-Today I chose to be confident- I love me- I am capable of so much

I then clear my mind and focus on why I’m here in the meditation state. From the vibrations and sounds of my Tibetan bowl, it helps with relaxation. Our concentration improves and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased. It also improves the synaptic responses in our brain. This means the neurons are more likely to pass chemical signals to each other more efficiently.

Ask yourself the question again and find your answers. Think, reflect, and don’t stop until you figure out the core issue. Reassure yourself of who you are and what you’re capable of. Remember that you’re on a self cleansing journey, and everything you’re doing is to recreate a better you. Let go of what’s not assisting in that area. You have to think about it as if it’s not serving you. It’s not leveling you. It’s beneath you now. Let go of it. Move on with the mindset of “It was my lesson. What did I get out of it.” Make those experiences positive.

Once you’ve found that answer, create methods to help you come from that negative space when your mind and thought go there. We’re moving forward....

Let go, and move forward.
