We all believe we are fine just the way we are. We believe that we we can do any and everything.
Which is slightly true...
But have you had a moment to think about what you can improve on? (Communication, self esteem, saying no, having patience, the way you love yourself, or using grounding yourself?)
Is there anything you are seeking? Validation, love, intimacy, stress relief?
Is there anything that slows down your peace? Slows down your self improvements or goals?
We all should practice setting aside enough time for ourselves DAILY to see what we need or what we should to work on. Don’t leave yourself on the back burner. Don’t put yourself last. We need to be our best selves in order to function in the best ways in different environments and with different people... yes?
