Our Rustic Wood Collection adds the cozy to relaxation and tranquility. You will enjoy the fine wood, crackling wooden wicks, and authentic herbs. The natural soy wax used stems from soybean plants, grown in the Midwest of the US.
Our candle ready dough bowls are pretreated with an eco friendly water based fire retardant. They are hand carved and made specifically for candle making. Your dough bowl is leveled at the base and consistent in size. Each dough bowl has unique characteristics since they have been made from raw wood. However, the bowls are covered and filled with a sawdust glue.
The wooden wicks used are crackling wicks. They are eco-friendly, clean burning, and made from FSC Certified wood. Our wicks are handcrafted and made in the USA.
Cosmic Energy Co. offers two sizes. Our small dough bowls are approximately 6" x 9" x 3". It holds 18 ounces of wax. The burn time (longevity) for our small bowl is 72 hours.
Allow your candle to burn only 3-4 hours at a time. For the first burn, be sure to let your candle burn until it creates a full melt pool. This means it should be melted around the edges to burn equally. Full melt pools should take around 2 hours.
All candles are hand poured upon ordering and we suggest letting your candle cure for 7-10 days to get the maximum scent throw.
